Our Marinade has been our best seller for years! Now we have a GLUTEN FREE version made with Tamari Soy Sauce instead of the traditional soy sauce that contains wheat. This version is also bourbon-free. But it cooks the same as our original and adds great flavor and tenderness to any kind of meat: chicken, pork, beef, venison, even shrimp and fish. Marinade your steak or shrimp before grilling or cook chicken, pork loin, or beef roast right in the marinade - either in the oven or slow cooker.
